Culture nite is taking place not only in Dublin this year but in 20 other Irish towns, villages, bóithríns (boreens/back roads), and islands around Ireland. Artists studios, landmark buildings and others (flash mobs in the form of artists in character) are all gonna represent. Last year there were free buses going from one place to another if I remember correctly....
